Affiliate terms

These terms apply between you (the “affiliate”) and CODOS LLC, which runs CODOS Store at mycodos.com. By applying, you accept them.
1. Joining
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. We review applications by hand and may accept or refuse any application without giving a reason. Being an affiliate does not make you our employee, agent or partner.
2. What you earn
For each CODOS Store customer who opens an account through your link and pays for a plan, you earn 20% of each payment we receive from that customer, after discounts and before taxes, for 12 months from their first paid payment. The $1 introduction and free periods earn nothing. You earn only on customers you bring yourself — never on other affiliates or on customers they bring.
3. Attribution
A visitor is credited to you when they open your link and sign up within 60 days. When several affiliate links were used, the first one opened counts. Our records decide attribution.
4. Hold, refunds and disputes
Each commission is held for 30 days. If the payment it comes from is refunded or disputed, the commission is cancelled — or, when it was already paid, deducted from your next payout.
5. Payouts
We pay available balances of $50 or more once a month, in US dollars, by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer, to the details in your account. Before your first payout you must confirm a tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN). Transfer fees charged by your provider are yours. You are responsible for declaring and paying your own taxes.
6. How you may promote
Be honest and accurate about CODOS Store. You must not: send unsolicited messages (spam); bid on “CODOS”, “mycodos” or close variations in paid search or social ads; use our brand in domain names or social accounts; pose as CODOS Store; make promises about income or results; post fake reviews; use cookie stuffing, pop-unders, bots or incentivised sign-ups; or promote on sites with illegal, hateful or adult content. Where the law requires it, say clearly that you earn a commission.
7. Self-referral and fraud
You cannot earn on your own store, a store you control or accounts opened in bad faith. We may refuse or cancel any commission we reasonably believe comes from fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
8. Our brand
We give you a limited, revocable right to use the CODOS Store name and logo only to promote CODOS Store under these terms. You may not change them.
9. Suspension and ending
Either of us may end this agreement at any time. We may suspend or close your affiliate account if you break these terms. When the agreement ends for a reason other than a breach, available commissions of any amount are paid in the next payout cycle; commissions still on hold are paid when they become available.
10. Changes
We may change the programme or these terms. We will email you at least 15 days before a change that lowers what you earn; commissions already earned keep the rules in force when they were earned.
11. Liability
The programme is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the commissions paid to you in the three months before the claim.
